Our commitments
We love our work but not the juggle with ‘me’ time, so we all work a 4-day week.
Flexible working. For the same reason, we work wherever and whenever we, as individuals, work best.
Paid Volunteering days. Giving back is hugely important, so we all use five paid days a year to volunteer.
We donate 10% of our profits in charitable donations, sponsorship for women, pro bono work and volunteering
We lift women. Whether it’s through mentorship, sponsorship or pro bono work, we help women to lean in and progress their careers and businesses.

Our work to progress a diverse and equitable future
Judane's story
Following the completion of a diversity, equity and inclusion project, we gave a percentage of our fee to sponsor Judane Nelson, a young, black female entrepreneur who owns her own beauty business.
The money paid for Judane to develop her training and grow her business by gaining a Level 4 diploma in aesthetic practice from the London College of Beauty.
Cyd's CEO Jenn also provides on-going mentorship, teaching Judane business development strategies and opening up new opportunities for her.
